Where we ship

  • Canada & USA (continental).
  • PO Boxes are supported; business addresses welcome.
  • International shipping: coming soon.

Processing time

  • All products are made to order.
  • Production: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

  • Canada: Flat $5.00 on orders under $75.
  • Free shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax).
  • USA: Flat $6.99.

Rates may vary during limited-time promotions; final rate is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

  • Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • USA: 4–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote/rural areas may take a little longer. Holidays can add delays.

Split shipments

To deliver faster, your order may ship in multiple packages (e.g., different items printed at the nearest facility). Each package will have its own tracking number at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

  • Tracking details are emailed automatically when each package ships.
  • Didn't get the email? Check spam or reach us at hello@faberwear.ca.

Address changes & order edits

  • We can edit or cancel within 1 hour of purchase (production starts quickly).
  • After this window, changes aren't guaranteed.

Failed deliveries / address issues

  • If a carrier can't deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, the package may return to sender.
  • We can reship once the item is returned; re-delivery shipping fees may apply.

Lost or damaged items

  • If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (Canada) or 14+ days (USA), contact us and we'll investigate.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@faberwear.ca with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it.

Customs & duties (USA orders)

Most tees ship domestically within the USA via our US print partners. If any cross-border duties occur, they're the buyer's responsibility.

Preorders & backorders

We currently do not offer preorders. All items are printed on demand.
